CANCELLATION POLICIES

* Cancellations are accepted not less than 24 hours before appointments.
* Cancellations and rescheduling less than 24 hours to your appointment will be charged a $50 fee. 
* Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged a no-show fee of $50.

LATE ARRIVALS

* If you are running 5-10 mins late, please give us a call or send us a message and we will try to accommodate you but you will get only the time remaining for your scheduled service. 
* If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and charged an additional 50% of your reserved service.
*Cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the credit card on file. If your card is declined, a hold will be put on your profile in our system.

*If you have a voucher, your card will be charged only in case of late arrivals or late cancellations and rescheduling as mentioned above. If you do not show up, your voucher will be redeemed. If you have a voucher for more than one session and you do not show up, you will lose the session you did not show up for.

By having a card on file and reading and understanding these policies, you are giving Aken Beauty Lounge permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and or a no-show.

PACKAGES

For Ultrasound cavitation & skin-tightening packages, it is required to commit twice a week and their validity is as follows:

The Silver package is valid for 4 weeks /the Gold package for 5 weeks/the Premium for 6 weeks and the Platinum for 8 weeks.

The Hydrofacial packages as follows:

Package of 3 valid for 4 months/ package of  4 valid for 5 months/ package of 5 for 6 months.

REFUND POLICY

We do our best to make our customers as happy as possible but we are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused products,  appointments/sessions for individual services, packages, or series.  All services are final. However, we may, at our absolute discretion, apply your credit towards other services.
